(and this was just an ordinary coloring session! Black eye compliments of the playground...)Imagine letting her near the eggs or a canister of flour. Yeah, it's about as scary as you can imagine....if not more.
Anyway.... we made these:
Animal Cookies. These are not your typical sugar cookie. They are much more liked frosted animal cookies...with a coating rather than a frosting. These paired with a chilled glass of milk was pretty much worth the 5 miles that I had to run to burn the calories.
The J-Man thought they were pretty tasty too...
And the poor Pooter. He just watched us eat them with very longing eyes....

However...rolling it out in between the wax paper was a bust. Much better to let the dough chill, then roll it out and cut.
